About the role
This internship focuses on research and development within BAW technology.
What you'll do
- Perform topology analysis to improve target design.
- Realize filter layout with BAW technology.
- Implement laminate and full module simulation.
- Extract topologies for filter and multiplexer networks from competitor parts.
- Fit competitor performance from measurements to extract filter parameters.
What you'll need
- Pursuing MS/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
- Completed coursework in RF/Microwave circuit design.
- Experience with electromagnetic/RF simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, AWR etc.).
- Familiarity with RF measurement and its equipment: spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
Nice to have
- Experience with filter design.
- Experience with impedance matching.
- Experience with RF packaging.
