About the role
This role leads strategic customer relationships and ensures the successful execution of automotive Tier1 ADAS radar programs by bridging customer needs with internal R&D teams. This involves specific focus on ADAS radar programs.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end execution of automotive Tier1 customer programs from project Kick off through SOP and product launch.
- Serve as primary point of contact for Tier1 customer programs, building and maintaining strategic relationships.
- Translate customer timelines and project requirements to internal R&D teams.
- Negotiate product features and timelines with customers based on internal alignment.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams including analog/RF, digital design, systems, HW and SW applications, validation, RF characterization, test, product engineering, and sales.
- Track program metrics, prepare status reports, and identify, escalate, and resolve program risks and challenges.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, Computer Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of engineering experience.
Nice to have
- Knowledge on Embedded HW and Software.
- Prior experience working with Automotive Tier1s and OEMs.
- Prior project management skills.
