About the role
This role is an assembly operator working with automatic die attach equipment. The position focuses on setting up and operating Datacon 2200 systems according to microcircuit layout drawings.
What you'll do
- Operate and set up automatic epoxy dispensing die attach machines (Datacon 2200 systems) per microcircuit layout drawings. - Ensure proper conductive epoxy dispense and die placement. - Work under direction and from production schedules, manufacturing procedures, process plans, and written or oral instructions. - Maintain production activities and documentation in compliance with Mil Standard 883 requirements. - Train across multiple microelectronics processes involving die attaching.
What you'll need
