About the role
As a member of the US Operations New Products Team, you will perform hands-on assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for manufacturing opto-mechanical sub-assemblies. The role directly supports reticle inspection products.
What you'll do
- Perform hands-on manufacturing and testing of sensitive opto-mechanical sub-assemblies and systems. - Assist in the set-up, alignment, and calibration of optical test equipment and processes. - Interpret technical drawings and procedures while using precision test and measurement equipment. - Resolve technical challenges and troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing process. - Update documentation to support a repeatable manufacturing process and continuous improvement efforts for cost, cycle-time, and efficiency. - Work evenings or weekends as needed, with pay differential.
What you'll need
- 4 years of relevant experience, or 2 years of experience combined with an Associate's degree. - Hands-on experience with opto-mechanical sub-assemblies, assembly, and testing. - Ability to interpret technical drawings and procedures using precision test and measurement equipment. - Experience with set-up, alignment, and calibration of optical test equipment. - Ability to update documents for repeatable manufacturing processes.
