About the role
This role involves supporting production in a module, ensuring process integrity for machines, and assisting engineers in process qualification and fine-tuning.
What you'll do
- Perform 12-hour shift duties to support production.
- Assist Engineers in qualifying and fine-tuning processes.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues to minimize lot hold times.
- Monitor and improve qualified processes using SPC and other statistical tools.
- Coordinate with Specialists to ensure efficient work and adherence to SOPs.
- Assist in implementing process improvement projects and participate in QIT programs.
What you'll need
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics and Microelectronics Engineering.
- Ability to perform 12-hour rotating shift.
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
