About the role
This role supports manufacturing operations by developing, improving, and sustaining production processes, equipment, and test methods.
What you'll do
- Analyze internal product failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, test systems, equipment, and product failures.
- Analyze production and test data to drive improvements in yield and process capability.
- Program, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, including winding, test, and environmental systems.
- Lead and support prototype-to-production transitions while promoting Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and process optimization initiatives.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, Metallurgical, or Chemical Engineering.
- High level of mechanical aptitude and ability to translate design and process ideas to useable specifications.
- Ability to work independently to develop or manage complex projects.
