About the role
This role involves manual assembly and tuning of multi-chip modules, operating automated test benches, and performing basic manual RF tests.
What you'll do
- Learn manual assembly and rework of multi-chip modules.
- Operate automated test benches.
- Perform basic manual RF tests.
- Review test results with Engineers.
- Modify prototypes and retest for performance.
What you'll need
- Current student pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with RF test equipment, including multi-meter, Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, Oscilloscope, signal generators, and power supplies.
- Ability to understand schematics and diagrams.
Nice to have
- IC Package assembly, component soldering, and rework skills.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools.
