About the role
Ensures compliance with production plans and line outputs while maintaining efficiency across assigned manufacturing front-end operations.
What you'll do
- Execute front-end manufacturing processes according to specified procedures and quality standards.
- Prepare wafers, components, or semi-products and monitor related hand-stock.
- Process components and products in compliance with internal work instructions and specifications.
- Perform basic machine-related setup and CNC or SPS-programming if required.
- Cooperate with maintenance technicians and external service providers to address repair issues.
- Report machine failures, dysfunctionalities, and safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
What you'll need
- Experience executing tasks according to work instructions, production plans, and quality standards.
- Ability to perform preparation and processing of wafers, components, or semi-products.
- Familiarity with basic machine-related setup or CNC / SPS-programming.
- Demonstrated compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and work rules.
