About the role
This role serves as the operational resource connecting manufacturing execution, engineering priorities, production planning, and data-driven decision making across multiple global sites.
What you'll do
- Serve as an operational leader enabling AI-driven manufacturing execution.
- Partner with Production, Planning, Engineering, and support teams to resolve operational issues and support product movement.
- Use AI-enabled tools, dashboards, and decision-support systems to support manufacturing execution and production flow.
- Evaluate AI-generated insights, alerts, and recommendations against manufacturing conditions and operating guidelines.
- Identify and document opportunities to automate recurring coordination tasks and reduce manual work.
- Support process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant manufacturing, engineering, planning, operations, systems coordination, or related experience.
- Experience supporting operations, coordinating priorities, or managing data in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in AI tools, automation, dashboards, or data analytics.
Nice to have
- Experience with manufacturing planning, inventory management, material coordination, or engineering request management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data.
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing workflow efficiencies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
