About the role
This role is an Applications Engineering Internship, offering real work experience and exposure to upper management.
What you'll do
- Automate testing with RF instruments
- Automate data extraction from instruments
- Perform manual testing with RF instruments such as spectrum analyzer or network analyzer
- Analyze and summarize data
- Create marketing collateral including datasheets or application notes
- Simulate and design RF networks
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Minimum GPA of 3.3
- Analog/RF circuit design coursework and/or experience
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, C#
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with RF simulation (i.e. Keysight Advanced Design System or AWR)
- Coursework in transmission line theory
- Coursework in RF amplifier theory
