About the role
This role involves being the local technical point of contact for SiPh testing requirements and leading technical communication with the US headquarters.
What you'll do
- Serve as the local technical point of contact for SiPh testing requirements, technical trends, and market information.
- Lead technical communication and strategy alignment with the US headquarters.
- Act as the technical bridge with customers to identify potential business opportunities with Sales.
- Present the company's SiPh testing solution to engage new customers and project opportunities with the Sales team.
- Manage day-to-day customer SiPh testing equipment application and service operation activities.
- Provide SiPh testing solution delivery, customer issue support, and internal escalation summary preparation.
What you'll need
- Bachelor/Master in Engineering, Science, or Physics with specialization in Optical Engineering or SiPh, or similar experience.
- Fluent in English verbal, email, and report communication.
- Project management experience.
- Capability of working with different levels of colleagues, including management, sales, and Global Team.
- Logical thinking for problem-solving techniques.
Nice to have
- Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience with probe system tool.
- Basic knowledge of laser fiber operating/principle.
- DOE setup capability as a problem-solving technique.
- Working experience in Equipment Vendor or RD/HVM Fab.
