About the role
This role involves providing technical support, handling customer issues, conducting joint validation efforts, and supporting local customer engineering teams for DRAM products. The position focuses on troubleshooting urgent problems, detecting potential issues early in product development, and coordinating with internal R&D teams.
What you'll do
- Define, document, and oversee comprehensive test plans for CPU validation and system-level platform qualification.
- Develop scalable automation scripts and frameworks for regression and stress testing across server configurations.
- Use measurement equipment such as Oscilloscope and Logic Analyzer.
- Partner with customers on memory validation and troubleshooting to diagnose system memory failures.
- Create experiments and tooling to detect and diagnose memory issues.
- Publish updates on resolutions and communicate findings internally.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 3+ years of experience in system and memory validation.
- Experience with design, simulation, debugging, and performance analysis of CPU-DRAM Memory.
- Strong bring-up and debugging skills and hands-on lab work with complex test equipment.
- Experience in CPU and Memory validation from planning to closure.
- Understanding of validation flows and tools.
- Experience with Spotfire and summarizing test data and analysis.
- Understanding and experience in computing server applications.
