About the role
This Application Engineering Intern position involves evaluating and improving engineering workflows and supporting design methodology development. The role focuses on projects within the Advanced Cellular business group.
What you'll do
- Assess existing engineering workflows to identify improvement opportunities and areas for automation.
- Use scripting, including Python, to improve efficiency and consistency across design activities.
- Help develop and deploy methodologies for RF, analog, and digital design flows.
- Analyze results, summarize key findings, and develop presentations for technical and business audiences.
- Perform RF simulations and support related analysis.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with a GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Coursework or exposure in analog/RF circuit design.
- Python scripting experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in RF engineering or cellular communications.
- Ability to summarize technical information and present it clearly and effectively.
