About the role
This role involves being the primary application interface for customer process challenges and technical discussions for PCBY products.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary application interface for customer process challenges and technical discussion.
- Provide on-site and remote application support.
- Support pre-sales activities, including tool demonstrations and product promotion.
- Conduct Benchmarking / BMT / H2H evaluations with RDA/PDA experts and collect competitor information.
- Support new feature introduction and application validation.
- Build customer-specific Best Known Methods (BKM) and application guidelines.
What you'll need
