What you'll do
- Manage projects and programs to ensure completion in accordance with requirements, including product/process specifications, costs, and resource utilization.
- Ensure project and process development phases are documented, and information is reported or transferred appropriately.
- Ensure effective utilization of material and financial resources for maximum productivity.
- Assign work to subordinate staff, providing professional development and coaching.
- Manage departmental budgets and spending requirements.
- Utilize engineering technology and software packages for optimization of design development and rapid commercialization.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's of Science in engineering or a related discipline.
- Ability to work across time zones with international counterparts in Singapore and India.
- Ability to travel to partner sites in Santa Clara, Singapore, and India.
