About the role

This role involves leading the operational performance and governance of ASML's third-party logistics warehouse partners, ensuring reliable service, inventory accuracy, quality, compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement. You will manage and govern third-party logistics warehouse providers that support ASML's manufacturing, field service, inventory control, and reverse logistics operations.

What you'll do

• Lead the operational performance and governance of third-party logistics warehouse partners.
• Establish, monitor, and continuously improve contractual service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective-action plans for inventory, quality, safety, delivery, cost, or service targets.
• Oversee returns, RMA, disposition, and reverse-logistics performance.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counting, physical inventories, audits, and reconciliation.
• Oversee annual warehouse budget planning, monthly cost tracking, and forecast updates.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing contract-logistics or 3PL warehouse providers in a complex, high-volume environment.
• Experience managing warehouse operations through outsourced providers.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in 3PL warehouse operations.
• At least 3 years of direct experience managing, governing, or overseeing third-party logistics providers or contract logistics partners.
• Demonstrated experience holding external warehouse providers accountable to SLAs, operational KPIs, and inventory-accuracy expectations.
• Experience supporting 3PL warehouse operations in a manufacturing, technology, medical-device, aerospace, semiconductor, or service-parts environment.
• Experience with 3PL warehouse budgets, cost tracking, capacity planning, and provider resource planning.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, medical device, aerospace, capital equipment, or complex service-parts logistics.
• Experience with SAP, warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory-control systems, dashboards, and provider scorecard reporting.
• Lean, Six Sigma, continuous-improvement, or supply-chain certification.
• Experience with reverse logistics, RMA, repair loops, returns, and disposition processes.
