About the role
As a Maintenance Mechanic in one of our wafer fab clean rooms, you will execute maintenance work. This role involves performing mechanical and maintenance activities on complex tool sets.
What you'll do
- Execute scheduled maintenance work adhering to the approved best known method
- Track and assemble parts required to complete maintenance
- Complete qualifications to bring equipment out of maintenance state and into production
- Track critical data from performed maintenance to define improvement opportunities for optimal PM performance
- Collaborate effectively with engineering and manufacturing teams
What you'll need
- High School diploma/GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule
- Flexible to work day or night shift that will include one weekend shift and holidays
- Strong interest in and capability of performing mechanical and maintenance activities on complex tool sets
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and mechanical drawings
Nice to have
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
