About the role
This role involves performing system-level testing for wireless connectivity products, specifically WLAN and Bluetooth.
What you'll do
- Perform system-level testing for wireless connectivity products.
- Test protocol functionality, end-to-end system behavior, performance, and physical layer and RF features.
- Develop and execute test cases under various operational scenarios.
- Analyze results, debug issues, and provide recommendations.
- Enhance and automate test procedures and analysis tools.
- Work closely with system, software, hardware, and RF engineers to support commercialization and product launches.
What you'll need
- Background in digital communications.
- Networking knowledge, Wireless Communications, TCP/IP.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Nice to have
- WLAN technologies (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be).
- OFDMA and MIMO concepts.
- Test automation experience.
- WLAN packet/sniffer analysis.
- Programming in Python.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on system testing and debugging experience.
- Experience with WLAN and Bluetooth testing.
- Experience developing automated test solutions and/or Python programming skills.
- MSEE (Master's in Electrical Engineering) or MSCE (Master's in Computer Engineering) with testing experience.
