About the role
This role provides supervisory direction for the delivery of pre- and post-sales services and support to clients/customers within the KLA Services organization.
What you'll do
- Provide supervisory direction for the delivery of pre- and post-sales services and support.
- Lead all facets of customer retention, including participating in issue resolution and defining customer contact strategy.
- Analyze operational processes and procedures, and perform training needs assessments.
- Execute on defined customer service department procedures.
- Liaise between customers, manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing, and accounting.
- Handle return materials authorization (RMA) processes.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience as a lead or supervisor of a technical team.
- Ability to gain cooperation of others.
- Ability to conduct presentations of technical information.
