About the role
This role involves understanding how Keysight's solutions apply to customer measurement challenges, demonstrating these solutions, and enabling customer success post-purchase. You will join the US Wafer Test Solutions team selling into semiconductor manufacturing customers, enabling and supporting large, multi-system deals.
What you'll do
- Lead Keysight customer engagements from a technical perspective.
- Own technical solution development, demonstration, proposal, delivery, and project management.
- Team with Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, and R&D for complex sales opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships and loyalty with customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Work on customer system and application engineering assignments with broadly defined objectives.
- Drive closure to complex issues, challenges, and problems as part of post-purchase support.
What you'll need
- BS or equivalent (EE, CS, CE).
- 8+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor physics.
- Strong Programming skills (C, C++, Shell scripting).
- Effective problem-solving, debugging, and root cause analysis skills of issues spanning software and hardware.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to lead a project with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership.
- Desire to contribute to account sales strategy and success.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with silicon photonics.
- Familiarity with 4070 and/or 4080 parametric tester platform (SPECS programming).
- Familiarity with factory automation SECS/GEM standards; SPECS-FA knowledge.
- Familiarity with LINUX operating system.
