About the role
This role involves operating manufacturing tools to process high quality product and ensuring compliance with cleanroom protocols.
What you'll do
- Load wafers into production equipment.
- Verify product specifications against equipment settings.
- Monitor equipment operation and process pace/productivity.
- Make minor corrections or adjustments to the process and equipment.
- Utilize Lot Priority and other inventory management systems for product tracking.
- Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) to audit control charts.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- English language fluency (written & verbal).
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift in a clean-room environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move it over extended distances.
- Ability to push/pull up to 500 lbs. via rolling cart or rolling wire rack.
- Ability to work with a variety of chemicals and gases.
Nice to have
- Participation in basic equipment trouble shooting and preventive maintenance.
- Cross-training in multiple work areas of production.
- Aid in the training of new employees or lesser skilled employees.
