About the role
This role involves operating tools to process wafers through the manufacturing process and ensuring equipment settings align with product specifications.
What you'll do
- Load wafers into production equipment.
- Verify product specifications against equipment settings.
- Monitor equipment operation and process pace.
- Set up and operate tools for wafer processing.
- Make minor corrections to the process and equipment.
- Perform process diagnosis and interpretation using Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodology.
- Work with teammates to prioritize daily tasks.
What you'll need
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work a 12-hour compressed night shift in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to wear cleanroom garments, including a bunny suit, gloves, safety glasses, approved cleanroom shoes, and face coverings.
- Ability to carry a pod of wafers weighing 15 pounds throughout the full shift of work.
- Ability to frequently climb 4-5 stair steps while carrying a wafer pod throughout the full work shift.
- Computer knowledge.

- Prior semiconductor experience.
- Stable work history.
