This role involves identifying use-cases where devices may fail and ensuring consistent performance to specifications. This involves designing PCB boards and developing automation software to increase coverage and reduce data collection time.
What you'll do
- Design PCB boards and develop automation software.
- Increase coverage and reduce data collection time.
- Design, develop, and implement methods for measuring device performance.
- Troubleshoot related systems, equipment, or device issues.
- Work in a post-silicon lab or on software programs for measurements.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience.
Nice to have
- NI TestStand and LabVIEW (or Python) experience to acquire analog waveform data.
- Experience in developing custom validation infrastructures.
- Ability to analyze and visualize complex analog waveforms using Spotfire or similar visualization software.
- Ability to develop and execute detailed validation plans.
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes.
