What you'll do
- Lead and continuously improve the construction risk management framework, including governance, risk identification, assessment, escalation, and reporting processes.
- Own the program risk register, ensuring risks are quantified, assigned, actively managed, and tracked through closure.
- Conduct quantitative schedule and cost risk analyses, including Monte Carlo simulations, contingency planning, and forecast development.
- Partner with project teams, contractors, procurement, and stakeholders to develop and execute mitigation strategies for construction, supply chain, labor, contractual, and operational risks.
- Deliver executive-level risk reporting, facilitate cross-functional risk reviews, and support informed decision making across the project portfolio.
What you'll need

- 10+ years of experience in construction project controls, construction management, or capital project risk management, including direct responsibility for a formal risk management program.
- Experience supporting large-scale capital construction projects valued at $1B+ within industrial, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data center, pharmaceutical, or similar environments.
- Strong expertise in quantitative risk analysis, including Monte Carlo schedule and cost simulations, contingency development, and risk forecasting.
- Working knowledge of construction contracts, claims management, project schedules, construction documents, OSHA construction standards, and AI tools such as Copilot or equivalent technologies.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as PMI-RMP, PMP, CCP, CEP, DRMP, CCM, or Professional Engineer (PE).
- Experience supporting semiconductor fabrication facility construction, including cleanrooms, process utility systems, central utility plants, or related infrastructure.
- Experience with commissioning, production turnover readiness, integrated project delivery, advanced work packaging, or lean construction methodologies.
- Proficiency with risk analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, including analysis of large project controls data sets and multi-site capital programs. Interest and/or experience in adaptation of agentic AI into workflows and processes.
