This role involves developing technical training content for complex integrated systems, specifically focusing on the complete portfolio of IG-XL products.
What you'll do
- Design, plan, develop, and edit technical training content for Semiconductor Test products and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy and consistency.
- Apply best practices and learning standards for technical training, including style, tone, format, and terminology.
- Use tools and technologies to create, manage, and publish training content in SCORM and .MD formats for LMS and MCP systems.
- Review and update existing content to reflect changes, enhancements, and feedback.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and user testing for usability and functionality of training materials.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in EE, CE, CS or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to develop clear, concise, and engaging training content for technical audiences.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, such as agile, scrum, and waterfall.
- Familiarity with training development tools and technologies, including using AI to augment content development.
- Familiarity with software products and platforms, such as Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, web, cloud, and mobile.
- Portfolio of previous training samples, including development labs.

- Training or instructional design experience.
