About the role
This role involves the definition and development of tests for reliability stressing of Network-ICs within NVIDIA's high-speed buses & network products, specifically focusing on Network Silicon ICs products like Switch, NIC, and SmartNic.
What you'll do
- Develop test patterns and test programs for reliability evaluation.
- Investigate and debug test patterns, including hardware issues.
- Develop and improve work procedures and methodologies.
What you'll need
- B.Sc. degree in Electrical/Computer engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience with IC test development.
- Experience with UltraFlex or other IC testers/HTOL ovens.
- Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills and methodical thinking.
