About the role
This role is responsible for equipment sustenance activities for equipment in the assigned area.
What you'll do
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety protocols in the assigned area.
- Provide manufacturing line support for assigned equipment platforms.
- Assist in new equipment setup, major equipment problem resolution, and equipment restoration.
- Assist in developing projects to improve equipment performance and manage spares.
- Assist in developing preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, and checklists.
- Generate and maintain shift status reports and updates.
What you'll need
- Graduate of a 2-3-year Technology course with at least one (1) year experience as a Line Maintenance Technician in a Semiconductor company.
- At least 2 years direct experience as a Line or Equipment Technician in a semiconductor company.
- Hands-on experience in hydraulics, servomotors, pumps, sensors, motor controls, Electro-pneumatics, and PLC.
- Proper use of hand tools, measuring and calibration instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical & electronics diagrams and mechanical drawings.
