About the role
This role involves leading the testing and validation of manufacturing processes.
What you'll do
- Define and plan annual objectives for the organization, including resource allocation.
- Ensure achievement of defined KPI targets and continuously improve processes.
- Develop and motivate subordinates to achieve better performance.
- Maintain and enforce internal rules, regulations, and documentary discipline.
- Assess and mitigate risks within the area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with organizational units to define expectations and goals.
What you'll need
- University or college degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Metrology or Test engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience.
- Knowledge of 6 Sigma, Lean, 5S, QMS.
- Intermediate English language.
