About the role
This Test Engineering Internship involves supporting product testing, measurement automation, and test system documentation for QORVO. Interns will work on projects within Advanced Cellular, Connect & Sensor, Global Operations, or High Performance Analog business groups.
What you'll do
- Create automated test software to control test equipment and execute test plans.
- Support RF fixture and probe card design activities, including PCB design and layout.
- Measure products using DC source/measure units, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
- Process, verify, and analyze measured data, producing presentations and reports.
- Document test system and software designs.
- Develop measurement automation using C++, Microsoft C#.NET, NI Labview, or custom tools.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Analog/RF circuit design coursework and/or experience.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C++ and Python.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-starter with good communication skills.
- Effective organization skills for systematic planning and scheduling.
