About the role

This role involves the testing of highly integrated multi-rail power management devices. You will contribute to the development and release of products to volume production.

What you'll do

  • Work with the design team to understand design specifications.
  • Generate test plans, create test and characterization programs, and design ATE hardware interface boards.
  • Debug characterizing silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data.
  • Analyze silicon results and support failure analysis tasks.
  • Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug and fix yield issues, and optimize test time.
  • Define and implement test strategies for new Low Dropout Linear Regulator products.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle or equivalent analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT).
  • Characterization test program and hardware development experience.
  • Production test program and hardware development experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices, circuits, and Analog test techniques.
  • Data analysis skills using Spotfire, dataPower, or equivalent tool based on STDF.
  • Experience with lab equipment such as scopes, power supplies, sourcemeters, and loads.
  • Experience with product engineering activities such as yield improvement and test time reduction.
  • Strong understanding of the IC product development process, from concept to volume production.

Nice to have

  • Mixed signal test techniques and experience with developing mixed-signal tests on TI roadmap testers.
  • Experience with test program and hardware offload to TI offshore manufacturing sites.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting in C++, Python, C#.
  • Revision control tools experience: Subversion, Git.
