About the role
This role involves basic ATE test program development, characterization of new products, and yield/failure pareto report generation for Marvell's xPU, Switch, Storage, ODSP, and PHY product lines.
What you'll do
- Understand basic ATE test program structure and flow.
- Generate yield/failure pareto reporting for new products.
- Develop scripts using Perl and Python to parse raw test data.
- Perform characterization on new products and generate standard characterization reports.
- Understand standard end-to-end yield reporting formats.
- Automate generation of key weekly yield reports.
What you'll need
- Undergraduate for BS degree in EE or related technical field(s).
- Taken classes on basic electrical circuits theory.
- Taken classes on programming language (C/C++).
- Good understanding of Perl script writing techniques.
- Strong Programming Skills in C/C++ in a Unix type environment.
