About the role
This role involves supporting complex process actions within the photolithography workshop to ensure equipment availability, quality, and continuity of production and engineering lots.
What you'll do
- Perform complex process actions to ensure equipment availability and production lot quality.
- Support the production line for process activities.
- Contribute to the execution of qualification plans and process manipulations.
- Analyze, describe, and synthesize encountered problems, proposing improvements for performance.
- Train and develop qualified operators on process tasks.
- Collaborate with production operators and process/maintenance support services.
What you'll need
- Bac +2 / Bac +3 degree (physico-chemistry, physical measurements, chemistry, or equivalent).
- Solid physico-chemical skills to understand, monitor, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Rigor and strong quality mindset, applying procedures with precision.
- Good communication skills and appreciation for teamwork.
- Proficiency with office tools (spreadsheets, word processors, presentations).
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools, trend analysis, and indicator monitoring.
