About the role
This role involves executing process characterization and evaluation tasks on a Sputter machine, ensuring adherence to experimental plans and machine start-up procedures.
What you'll do
- Run characterization and evaluation samples on Sputter machine according to experiment plans.
- Perform line setup, KPIV buyoff, and validation following machine start-up procedures.
- Interpret and analyze control charts and process trends to identify shifts or out-of-control conditions.
- Check and validate process readback parameters like voltage, current, and gas pressure.
- Carry out Magnetic and Interface measurements for characterization samples, compiling data and making process adjustments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Alarms during characterization, supporting periodic preventive maintenance and routine maintenance checks.
What you'll need
- Diploma in any Engineering or science discipline.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
- Ability to work in a 12-hour shift pattern with day or night cycles.
Nice to have
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to communicate in English.
