About the role
This role leads embedded flash memory technology development, managing process setup, silicon validation, and reliability qualification from initial concept through production.
What you'll do
- Lead embedded flash memory technology development, including process integration, design rule scaling, device optimization, failure analysis, and yield enhancement. - Execute technical project management across cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to accomplish process setup, test chip tapeout, silicon validation, yield demonstration, and reliability qualification. - Interface directly with foundries, IDMs, and design houses.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering major. - 12+ years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor process integration. - In-depth knowledge of advanced-node CMOS process integration and device physics.
Nice to have
- Non-volatile memory technology development experience. - Flash memory array characterization experience. - Knowledge of TCAD, PDK, circuit design, layout, device/product characterization, reliability, and qualification.
