What you'll do
- Define project and program objectives for areas of responsibility.
- Complete preliminary activities such as determining outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning.
- Ensure projects and programs are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, product/process specifications, costs, resource utilization, and timeliness.
- Document all phases of project, program, and/or process development.
- Prepare project plan and coordinate the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation.
- Drive project deliverables and task details using reports, tracking charts, and checklists.
- Monitor and report on the project's cost performance to the business unit.
