About the role
This role involves acting as a cross-functional interface between Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Service Business Units, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, design, and business functions. The position coordinates activities within AGS Operations, including Planning, Purchasing, and Engineering, as well as with external suppliers.
What you'll do
- Act as a cross-functional interface between Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Service Business Units
- Coordinate activities within AGS Operations: Planning, Purchasing and Engineering, and external suppliers
- Prepare and execute on project plan and define program objectives
- Run cross-functional program reviews, including creating dashboards and data visualization
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical specs
What you'll need
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)
- Knowledge on Electro-Mechanical and Software engineering fundamentals
- Release engineering process documents
- Experience with Data & Analytics
- Technical writing skills (design documentation, specs, program updates)
Nice to have
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma/ Lean Manufacturing
- Program Management certified
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel VBA, Access database, Project (MS Office suite)
- Experience with Smartsheet project management and dashboard creation
- Experience with Tableau reporting and dashboard creation
