About the role
This role represents manufacturing within the product commercialization core team, leading the transition and release of new products into manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Prepare project plans, maintain matrices for process improvements, and coordinate the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation. - Drive project deliverables and task details through the use of reports, tracking charts, and checklists. - Align internal business unit resources to achieve on-time and within-budget performance objectives. - Monitor and report on project cost performance to the business unit. - Participate on intra-business unit design teams to complete projects and contribute to the team's technical development. - Research root causes of project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution.
What you'll need
- Practical and conceptual expertise in project and program management, with knowledge of related disciplines and best practices. - Experience solving complex operational problems by analyzing multiple sources of information. - Experience monitoring project schedules, resource allocations, and cost performance metrics. - Ability to explain complex information and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing product development. - Experience with product commercialization. - Experience with hardware development, manufacturing, and supply chain.
