About the role
Manage technical facility and infrastructure projects supporting semiconductor manufacturing equipment and support systems from planning through execution.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain project plans, coordinating all phases of project execution from planning and design through implementation and closeout.
- Drive project deliverables and task execution through the effective use of schedules, status reports, dashboards, tracking charts, and checklists.
- Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and provide regular updates on budget and schedule performance to business unit leadership.
- Partner with business unit design and engineering teams to identify project risks, obstacles, and root causes of issues, and assist in developing corrective actions.
- Coordinate and align internal resources and cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.
- Track equipment service history, establish preventive maintenance schedules, and support facility infrastructure upgrades and equipment installations.
What you'll need
- Extensive experience and knowledge of facility infrastructure within semiconductor manufacturing or similar high-tech industrial environments.
- Proven experience managing facility related projects from concept through completion.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and support systems.
- Strong ability to review and interpret facility design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Working knowledge of hazardous gas and chemical distribution systems, facility construction, and safety requirements.
