About the role
This role involves technical program management of Research, Development, and Engineering aspects for new service product development within the MDP SBU.
What you'll do
- Manage program management for Research, Development, and Engineering within the MDP SBU.
- Partner with business leadership to develop service product roadmaps and manage product portfolios.
- Lead development and execution of innovation/technology roadmaps.
- Drive customer application understanding to facilitate new product introduction.
- Ensure on-time delivery, cost, and quality of new products and technologies.
- Lead development and execution of project management (PMP) and product lifecycle processes (PLC).
What you'll need
- Master's or PhD in Science/Engineering related degree (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Physics, Electrical, or related field).
- New product introduction experience.
- Strong program management experience.
- Product lifecycle management experience.
Nice to have
- GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
- Materials, Deposition, Systems experience and domain expertise.
- Semiconductor applications and services experience.
