This role oversees projects from conception and planning through implementation, covering strategy, processes, and resources.
What you'll do
- Develop project plans and oversee execution from conception to implementation.
- Identify potential complications within projects and establish technical and operational solutions for resolution.
- Supervise team members, allocate work, conduct appraisals, and provide direct feedback.
- Define specific project and program objectives and ensure preliminary activities are completed.
- Set priorities and coach employees to meet daily deadlines.
- Interact with internal teams as well as outside customers, vendors, or suppliers when required.
What you'll need
- Master's degree completed as a new college graduate.
- Understanding of project planning, operational procedures, and program management workflows.
- Ability to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems using sound judgment.
- Supervisory capabilities to set priorities, allocate work, and coach team members.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
