About the role

This role involves orchestrating technical programs, leading cross-functional teams, and managing technical projects from initiation through delivery. You will contribute to the design and engineering of Lam's etch and deposition products.

What you'll do

  • Oversee optimization or creation of technical product offerings, processes, or programs.
  • Develop project plans, align teams, manage risk, and drive projects through release.
  • Take ownership and accountability for project success, schedules, performance metrics, and delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand process and system requirements and deliver enhancements.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement projects from inception to impactful results.
  • Perform data collection and statistical analysis and report results to inform program schedules and deliverables.
  • Deliver change management for programs that are sustainable and maintain long-term success.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience; or a PhD.
  • 3+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management experience.
  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating influence skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Semiconductor fabrication, Semiconductor Equipment Operations, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of Program Management methods.
  • Experience in Product Development & Release (PDR) procedures.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology or certification (Green Belt, Black Belt).
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools including MS Project, QuickBase, Office Timeline, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Change Management methodologies.
