About the role
This role involves providing technical support for KLA equipment, addressing ongoing technical issues that field product support teams cannot resolve. The focus is on semiconductor wafer FILM and CD metrology systems.
What you'll do
- Respond to ongoing technical issues with KLA equipment.
- Collaborate with specialists and other teams to resolve technical issues and restore equipment functionality.
- Document troubleshooting processes and technical findings.
- Generate service reports and presentations.
What you'll need
- Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; or Bachelor's Level Degree and 2 years related work experience; or equivalent years of experience.
- In-depth system knowledge and a sound understanding of operating principles.
- Excellent data analytical and diagnostic skills.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience in hardware and software integration, testing and troubleshooting in semiconductor wafer FILM and CD metrology systems.
- Proficient with all Windows Office suite applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
- Strong project management skill.
