About the role
This role is responsible for all technical support aspects at a specific customer site, including escalations, fleet performance, system installations, improvement programs, and upgrades.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support and documentation to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
- Support Alpha Site activities related to the installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of new hardware, process, or software designs.
- Support Beta Site activities related to the installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of new hardware, software, or processes on customer tools.
- Initiate and review ECOs to ensure data supports fixes and communicate updates to the field.
- Generate and present system performance data, including MTBF, MTBI, Availability, process data, and I/W spending analysis.
- Support GPS in generating documentation such as CENs and BKMs, and create/review documentation for technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans.
What you'll need
- Expertise in technical support related to semiconductor equipment.
- Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging equipment.
- Ability to provide Alpha Site support for new hardware, process, or software designs.
- Ability to provide Beta Site support for new hardware, software, or processes.
- Experience with ECO review and field communication.
- Capability to generate and present system performance data (MTBF, MTBI, Availability).
- Experience in generating and reviewing technical documentation (CENs, BKMs).
