About the role
This role drives the execution of enterprise data and AI platform strategy within the Global IT organization. The work focuses on platform development, agentic AI enablement, orchestration, and scaling data lakehouse and LLM-powered applications.
What you'll do
- Execute the product roadmap for Enterprise Data & AI platform capabilities, translating business and technical strategy into features and backlogs.
- Support development of core platform components including data lakehouse products, semantic layers, MLOps lifecycles, and agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph.
- Drive intake, prioritization, and transition of enterprise AI and agentic AI use cases from proof of concept to production.
- Define developer and user experiences for the Data & AI platform through self-service tooling, templates, and documentation.
- Maintain PRDs, product backlogs, user stories, release plans, and delivery milestones using Jira and Confluence in an Agile environment.
- Partner with InfoSec, Legal, Architecture, and Data Science to maintain alignment with governance, security, and Responsible AI standards.
What you'll need
- 5-10 years of experience in product management or technical product roles.
- Direct experience with data platforms, AI/ML systems, or developer platforms.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures, including lakehouse, data pipelines, and semantic layers.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI design concepts such as multi-agent workflows.
- Familiarity with LangGraph or similar frameworks for AI agent orchestration.
- Experience managing product delivery using Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Python for data/AI workflows or prototyping.
- Experience with modern data stacks such as Databricks, Spark, or Kafka.
- Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps practices.
- Experience scaling GenAI and Agentic AI solutions from pilot to production.
- Exposure to enterprise or regulated environments, or domain experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or supply chain.
- Experience with Figma or similar UX design tools.
