About the role
This dual technical and leadership role involves driving the development of Antenna Tuner products for the wireless RF market. You will lead hardware development for Tier-1 mobile customers, focusing on standards such as NR 5G, LTE-Advanced, and Wi-Fi.
What you'll do
- Lead R&D projects to design, develop, and optimize Antenna Tuner products.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customers.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate internal resources, and conduct risk assessments.
- Lead module debugging, impedance/aperture tuning, and optimization efforts.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 12+ years of work experience in the wireless RF industry with project management or technical leadership.
- Deep domain expertise in Antenna Tuners, including hands-on experience with aperture tuning, impedance tuning, RF switches, and tunable capacitors.
- Ability to lead independently, meet tight deadlines, and drive success.
Nice to have
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience interfacing directly with Tier-1 mobile/smartphone customers.
