This role involves delivering high-impact technical training to global field teams and customers on advanced semiconductor tools, with a focus on EBEAM products.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver technical training on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced tools.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to build deep product expertise.
- Create and continuously improve training materials, including presentations, videos, and digital learning modules.
- Lead training projects, including planning, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking.
- Translate complex technical documentation into clear, structured, and engaging training content.
- Support hands-on activities such as tool builds, installs, upgrades, and field support to stay current on product changes.
What you'll need
- Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; or Bachelor's Level Degree and 2 years related work experience.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, organized training materials.
Nice to have
- Experience with semiconductor equipment.
- Background in installation, service, manufacturing, or technical support on complex tools.
- Prior experience delivering training or mentoring engineers (formal or informal).
