About the role

The Technical Consultant leads presales technical engagements for process quality offerings, delivering demos, presales collateral, and technical consultations. The scope focuses on Fault Detection (FD), Run-to-Run (R2R), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and AI-enabled process quality applications across semiconductor fab environments.

What you'll do

- Lead and standardize product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) activities for FD, R2R, SPC, and AI-enabled process quality applications. - Collaborate with sales teams to assess customer requirements, design process quality solutions, and develop technical proposals and ROI narratives. - Customize demos showcasing AI/ML-based quality capabilities, including anomaly detection and virtual metrology models. - Provide technical consultation and training materials covering process quality product features, functionality, and integration capabilities. - Partner with product development and engineering teams to communicate customer requirements, acting as the voice of the customer to guide continuous product improvements. - Maintain and centralize worldwide presales collateral, demo assets, and technical documentation from opportunity identification through customer commitment.

What you'll need

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). - 7+ years of hands-on experience in a semiconductor fab or related high-volume manufacturing environment. - Prior experience in technical presales, solutions engineering, or consulting, including building collateral and delivering customer demos. - In-depth knowledge of process quality applications: Fault Detection (FD), Run-to-Run (R2R) control, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). - Strong understanding of semiconductor process flows, equipment, and metrology. - Working knowledge of ML/AI concepts and applications in process/quality monitoring, such as anomaly detection and virtual metrology. - Ability to analyze large process/quality datasets and design tailored solutions for complex technical requirements.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Python, SQL, JMP, Minitab, or similar.
