About the role
This role involves managing technical accounts for NVIDIA's compute technologies, networking, container orchestrators, deep learning containers, and other enterprise system software.
What you'll do
- Work with NVIDIA Enterprise customers to improve the availability, reliability, and overall experience of servers architected for running AI models, associated networking, and software stack.
- Take ownership and drive customer issues from inception to resolution.
- Research new use cases with GPUs.
- Collaborate with engineering to document, recreate, and solve issues.
- Author and incorporate technical solutions into the knowledge base.
What you'll need
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years system software development and troubleshooting experience, with strong program management and customer facing skills.
- Strong computer science concepts and excellent knowledge of Python and scripting methodologies.
- Professional-level communication skills and interpersonal skills.
