About the role
This role involves managing a team focused on pre- and post-silicon activities for RF, Analog, and Phy System circuit building blocks to ensure functional and performance specifications are met.
What you'll do
- Lead a team responsible for pre/post silicon activities related to RF, Analog, and Phy System circuit building blocks.
- Find problems during the pre-silicon phase and plan DFT solutions.
- Implement RF/Analog driver definition and fixes.
- Debug and bring up chips in the lab.
- Evaluate and optimize chip performance.
- Define automation and tooling for analysis, debugging, and data collection.
- Analyze data statistics and provide formal data sheet parameters.
What you'll need
- Experience managing at least 1-2 people or matrix management.
- Over 3 years of experience in RF/Analog System design or Chip design.
- Highly experienced with RF/Analog testing equipment and working in the lab.
- Experience with debugging and solving complex silicon issues.
- Highly proficient in English language, written and spoken.
- Ability to set and meet goals and deadlines.
