What you'll do
- Work with Albany, Boise, and Hiroshima TD sites for automation solutions.
- Identify overlay, CD uniformity, and patterning challenges and define automation or data science solutions.
- Execute and support automation projects in partnership with process development teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve photo automation systems.
- Define hardware and software requirements for lithography automation solutions.
- Document and standardize automation methods across technologies and global sites.
- Develop solutions using AI tools.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Physics, or a lithography-related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or MS/PhD plus 2 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience in photolithography, metrology, overlay, CDs, or photo patterning.
- Familiarity with fab operations and photo automation systems.
- Strong analytical skills, including statistics and data analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience in R&D or high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with DOE, data modeling, or advanced statistical techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver production-ready automation solutions.
- Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional technical projects.
- Strong working relationships with equipment or software vendors.
